Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and computers
- Replace screens, batteries, and charging ports
- Learn advanced repairs including micro-soldering (training provided)
- Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs clearly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
Qualifications
- Interest in electronics, technology, or repair (experience is a plus, not required)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working with tools and small components
