Whether you have automotive sales experience or come from a strong customer service, retail, or hospitality background, we'll provide the training, tools, and support needed to help you succeed.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome customers and provide a friendly, low-pressure shopping experience
- Assist customers through vehicle selection, test drives, and delivery
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and demonstrate features, technology, and available options
- Present pricing, incentives, financing, leasing, and protection products clearly and accurately
- Build lasting customer relationships through phone, text, email, and CRM follow-up
- Work closely with Sales Management and Finance to ensure a smooth purchase process
- Stay informed on current inventory, manufacturer programs, and promotions
- Maintain a professional showroom and vehicle display area
- Participate in ongoing training, product updates, and team meetings
- Represent Freedom Automotive at community events and dealership functions when applicable
What We're Looking For:
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and mobile applications
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work evenings and rotating Saturdays
Physical & Work Environment:
- Primarily indoors in a showroom environment with time spent outdoors on the vehicle lot
- Frequent walking, standing, vehicle demonstrations, and customer interaction
- Ability to enter and exit vehicles repeatedly throughout the day
