Asset Recovery Bureau LLC is currently seeking experienced debt collectors.
All of our collectors make above average hourly and receive bonus checks on a monthly basis. We have a monthly flow of big balance/ fresh installment loans. Our process for recovering money is designed to help collectors succeed as they are the backbone of the business. If you are looking for a secure position, with professional management and reputable clients please apply. Shift hours are 9 am to 5:30 pm Monday -Thursday, Friday 9 am - 4:30 pm. No weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers to secure payment on overdue accounts
- Negotiating payment plans with customers to clear outstanding debts
- Utilizing accounting software to track and update account information
Experience:
- Proven experience in collections
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes and account reconciliation
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate payment terms with customers
- Proficiency in using accounting software for managing accounts efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
