Join our in-house rehab department and treat a diverse caseload in a collaborative environment with a well-equipped therapy gym and strong interdisciplinary support.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered skilled physical therapy interventions under the direction of the Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, safety, and function
- Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current PTA license and registration
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric experience preferred
