Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Service Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will support the Service Manager in overseeing daily operations of the service department, ensuring top-notch customer service, efficient workflow, and high-quality automotive repairs.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for writing, managing and processing all internal repair orders
- Daily management of the shop work in process; to include daily meetings with service and parts managers to ensure vehicles are being repaired in a timely manor.
- Assist the warranty clerk with the collection of needed information required to get warranty claims processed and piad.
- Ensure that customers are being updated on the status of their vehicle repairs in a timely and periodic manor.
- Assist customer with complaints and help in any conflict resolutions.
Skills
- Proven dealership experience
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Must be disciplined, reliable, and orginized
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with dealership management system, Reynold and Reynolds a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
