We are looking for a Shift Manager to join our team at Papa John's Pizza. The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations during their assigned shifts, ensuring quality food and customer service, and leading a team of employees to success.
Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all staff during assigned shifts

Ensure proper food preparation and quality

Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Train and develop team members

Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed

Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:

Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Food safety certification is a plus

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
