Aaction Home Repairs & Restoration, a leader in residential and commercial restoration, is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage insurance claim billing and collections. Responsibilities:
- Process insurance payments and post to accounts
- Send invoices to homeowners
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Follow up on overdue payments and denied claims
- Communicate with insurance companies and TPAs
- Prepare account status reports
Requirements:
- High school diploma (accounting experience preferred)
- AR experience, especially with insurance claims
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Proficient in QuickBooks, MS Office
- Knowledge of insurance processes a plus
