Home Street Serviced Apartments is seeking a Housekeeping Ambassador to join our Columbus team, keeping our premium corporate apartments spotless and guest-ready. If you’re a dependable, detail-obsessed pro who loves making spaces sparkle and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we need you to help deliver top-tier stays for our corporate clients!
What You’ll Do:
As a Housekeeping Ambassador, you’ll be the key to ensuring our Columbus apartments are flawless for every guest. Reporting to our Operations Supervisor, you’ll:
- Clean Like a Pro: Perform regular cleanings and turn cleanings for assigned apartments, ensuring they’re move-in ready.
- Linen Master: Track and maintain proper inventory of sheets, towels, and kitchen laundry in each apartment.
- Key Keeper: Securely manage apartment keys, fobs, and parking passes, returning them daily, including those left by guests.
- Warehouse Support: Assist with laundry and warehouse duties (e.g., organizing inventory) during downtime.
Who You Are:
You’re reliable, hands-on, and ready to make every apartment shine. You bring:
- Independence: Ability to work solo without constant supervision, owning your tasks.
- Detail Obsession: Sharp eye for accuracy and quality in cleaning and turn cleanings.
- Friendly Team Player: A warm, collaborative attitude that meshes well with our tight-knit team, fostering a positive work vibe.
- Professional Presence: A polished, approachable appearance and demeanor that reflects our guest-facing standards.
- Physical Stamina: Can move continuously, lift 50+ lbs, and navigate stairs.
- Communication Skills: Clear texting and verbal skills to coordinate with the team and report issues.
- Reliability: Extra clean driving record, valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and a high school diploma (or equivalent), and again an extra clean driving record.
- Flexibility: Adaptable to changing schedules and ready to complete a 180-day orientation period.
- Bonus Points: Housekeeping or apartment cleaning experience is a plus!
