Duties
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate interest in our vehicle inventory
- Conduct B2B (business-to-business) and retail sales by presenting vehicle features, benefits, and financing options clearly and confidently
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure continuous customer engagement and follow-up
- Negotiate deals effectively, balancing customer needs with dealership objectives to close high-end sales successfully
- Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, manage customer information, and support sales activities
- Assist in inventory management and control by coordinating with the dealership team to ensure accurate vehicle availability and presentation
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Support marketing initiatives through outreach efforts like public speaking events or promotional campaigns to attract new clients
- Maintain organized records of all transactions, appointments, and follow-ups to streamline the sales process
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales with a strong understanding of the sales cycle
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining customer trust
- Strong communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable for diverse client engagement
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently using CRM software or other tools
- Knowledge of high-end vehicle markets and B2B (business-to-business) sales strategies is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills for inventory control, appointment scheduling, and follow-up management
- Skilled in public speaking and outbound sales techniques to attract new customers and promote dealership offerings
- Customer service-oriented mindset with polished phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Analytical skills including retail math and basic math proficiency for accurate deal calculations and inventory assessments
- Experience with dealership operations such as inventory management, marketing support, or retail math is advantageous
