Lead Quality Control Technician

We're searching for a Lead Quality Control Technician who takes pride in catching what others miss, coaching technicians to improve, and ensuring every customer receives a vehicle that is safe, repaired correctly, and exceeds expectations.

What You'll Do
- Perform final quality control inspections on completed repairs.
- Verify customer concerns have been fully resolved.
- Road test vehicles when necessary.
- Confirm all repairs meet factory specifications and Getz Automotive standards.
- Ensure every vehicle is clean, complete, and ready for delivery.
- Catch missed repairs before the customer does.
- Work directly with technicians and service advisors to resolve quality issues.
- Coach and mentor technicians to improve workmanship and reduce comebacks.
- Track and identify recurring issues, helping improve shop processes.
- Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of automotive repair experience.
- ASE Certifications preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and repair knowledge across all vehicle systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- High standards and extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to coach others without creating conflict.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
