Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of consumer bankruptcy matters independently
- Conduct client consultations and develop case strategies
- Draft and file petitions, motions, and supporting documents
- Represent clients in hearings and court proceedings
- Maintain client relationships and ensure strong communication throughout
- Proactively move cases forward and resolve issues efficiently
- Operate with a high level of accountability and attention to results
What We’re Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar license (in good standing)
- Proven ability or strong desire to produce and perform
- Confidence managing cases and appearing in court
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to build trust quickly
- Organized, efficient, and results-driven
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing a practice
Bankruptcy experience is a plus—but strong legal ability and drive will be heavily weighted.
