Are you a dependable, hands-on maintenance professional who is ready to lead a team and take ownership of a fast-paced maintenance department? We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor/Maintenance Technician to join our property management company in Pensacola.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and build a strong maintenance team.
- Receive and coordinate maintenance requests.
- Schedule work orders and ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time.
- Follow up with residents, owners, and property managers regarding completed work.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors.
- Track maintenance expenses, billing, invoices, and payroll.
- Maintain organized records and communicate effectively with office staff.
- Respond professionally to property owners, tenants, vendors, and management.
Field Responsibilities
This position is not solely supervisory. You will be expected to perform maintenance work as needed, including but not limited to:
- Drywall repair
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Painting
- Property make-readies
- Irrigation repairs
- Fence construction and repairs
- General carpentry
- Troubleshooting and repairing maintenance issues as they arise
- General property maintenance and repairs
Qualifications
- Previous property maintenance experience required.
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Requirements
- Must provide your own tools.
- Must have a reliable vehicle capable of towing a small trailer when needed.
- Ability to lift, climb ladders, and perform physical work throughout the day.
- Must be available for occasional after-hours or weekend emergency maintenance calls.
