About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who is passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, providing strategic guidance, resolving concerns, and ensuring clients achieve their business goals.
In addition to client-facing responsibilities, you will provide quality control and strategic oversight for the accounts managed within your pod, ensuring consistent execution, accountability, and adherence to best practices. This role is ideal for someone who excels at communication, problem-solving, and helping clients succeed.
This is a U.S.-based, in-office first leadership role with hybrid flexibility:
- In-office: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
- Work from home: Tuesday & Thursday
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and support your team members, providing assistance when needed and ensuring they deliver a positive client experience.
- Own client retention, satisfaction, and long-term relationships
- Monitor account performance, review reports, and educate clients on campaign results, opportunities, and next steps.
- Provide quality control and strategic oversight for accounts managed within your pod to ensure consistency and best practices.
- Partner with leadership on forecasting, capacity planning, and account load balancing
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives are executed accurately and on schedule.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a similar client-facing role.
- Proven experience leading teams and driving client retention
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accountability systems
- Experience managing KPIs, workflows, and client communication platforms
- Ability to perform under pressure and handle escalations effectively
Bonus Points If You Have
- Agency or SaaS customer success experience
- Experience with GoHighLevel, HelpScout, or ClickUp
- Background in retention strategy or client lifecycle management
- Experience managing remote or hybrid teams
- Familiarity with EOS® or structured operating systems
