Duties
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Assist clients with policy inquiries, claims processing, billing questions, and coverage options through clear and concise explanations.
- Conduct data entry accurately into insurance management systems while maintaining high levels of organization and attention to detail.
- Support customer support efforts by troubleshooting issues, providing solutions, and escalating complex cases to appropriate teams.
- Engage in multilingual communication to serve diverse client needs effectively, leveraging bilingual abilities when applicable.
- Manage cash handling procedures securely during premium payments or refunds, ensuring accuracy at all times.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, updates, and transactions to ensure seamless service continuity.
Requirements
- Bilingual is a must.
- Open to background check and finger printing to reference to banking and insurance fraud.
- Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles with a focus on client services.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, along with general computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Knowledge of insurance products or previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to analyze customer issues quickly and provide effective solutions using problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in outbound calling or telecommunication roles is advantageous.
