Please Note: This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity with performance-based compensation. There is no guaranteed salary, hourly pay, or base income. What You’ll Do
- Meet virtually and/or in person with individuals and families
- Educate clients on life insurance and retirement planning strategies
- Conduct financial needs analyses
- Help clients identify solutions that align with their goals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Develop business through networking, referrals, and relationship-building
- Participate in training, mentorship, and professional development programs
- Work toward personal production and leadership goals

Licensing Requirements
- Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred but not required
- Unlicensed candidates are welcome to apply
- Candidates without a license must be willing to dedicate the time and effort necessary to obtain their Life & Health Insurance License within 30 days
- Training and guidance are provided throughout the licensing process
Compensation
1099 Independent Contractor
- Performance-based commission structure
- Performance bonuses available
- Uncapped earning potential
- Earnings are based on production, activity, licensing status, and individual effort
