We are looking for an experienced Internet Manager to join our sales team! We are seeking someone with a background in Internet sales and a strong work ethic! We are seeking individuals who are reliable, detail oriented, can work independently and are ready to grow in our fast-paced dealership!
Automotive Internet Sales Manager is responsible for managing online customer inquiries and converting digital leads into dealership appointments and vehicle sales. Unlike traditional floor sales, this role focuses on the early stages of the buying process, often serving as the customer's first point of contact with the dealership.
- Lead Management: Promptly respond to internet inquiries (email, text, phone, and chat) from the dealership's website and third-party lead providers like Autotrader and CarGurus.
- Appointment Setting: Guide customers through vehicle selection online to secure firm appointments for test drives and showroom visits.
- CRM Utilization: Diligently track and manage all customer interactions and follow-ups using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to nurture leads.
- Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of vehicle inventory, performance, and features to answer technical questions and overcome objections remotely.
- Sales Process: The representative handles the full cycle—from initial inquiry to price negotiation and vehicle delivery.
Core Qualifications
- Experience: Require at least 1-2 years of automotive internet sales experience.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication is critical for building rapport via digital channels.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency in CRM tools

Pay: $3,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
