American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg (Rehabilitation) night shift position in Pasco, WA, requiring at least 1 year of acute care nursing experience and an active WA or compact RN license.

Located on the 2nd floor Rehabilitation unit of a 95-licensed-bed community hospital in Pasco, WA
-
10-bed rehabilitation unit serving adult, geriatric, orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, stroke, amputation, and traumatic brain injury patients

Patient ratio is 5:1
-
Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
-
Schedule is 36 hours per week
-
Every other weekend required (weekend nights are Friday and Saturday)

No on-call requirements
-
Occasional floating to Med/Surg as needed
-
Omnicell medication dispensing system in use
-
EMR: Meditech
-
Active WA or compact RN license required
-
AHA certifications required (BLS at minimum; specific certifications per position requirements)

Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience required

Social Security number required for consideration

Date of birth required for consideration

CCRN preferred but not required

Rehabilitation nursing experience including GG scoring documentation is preferred

Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates

Candidates must not have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months

Candidates cannot be employed full-time elsewhere during the assignment

Any scrub color is acceptable
