Job Summary
We are seeking numerous highly skilled and motivated 1099 contractors with liability insurance. Also W-2 employee full time carpenter specializing in carpentry to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse construction and restoration projects, delivering top-quality craftsmanship across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. As a skilled carpenter, you will be responsible for executing precise carpentry tasks, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties
- Read and understand technical drawings to accurately execute construction tasks at a high level of detail.
- Perform framing, trim carpentry, decks, siding, door hanging, cabinet installation, painting, fences, and more…
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various carpentry tasks.
- Install fixtures, moldings, flooring, tile, roofing, stucco, and other building components.
- Various projects including water damage remediation, plastering, drywall repair, and mold remediation.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes while maintaining a clean job site.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction estimating, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, roofing, and general construction site work.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation.
- Strong background in various carpentry disciplines including cabinetry installation, door hanging, siding application, flooring installation, tile laying, and metal stud framing.
- Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques, plastering methods, concrete forming processes, and rebar installation.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on demanding job sites.
