Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work generally are Monday through Friday, 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. Employees may be required to adjust daily work hours based on location/site (i.e., 7:30-4:00pm) and changes in work hours for summer, June-August (i.e., Mon-Thur 7:00am-5:30pm). This position on occasion requires long hours and weekend work.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 5 years of accounting and finance experience
- Knowledge of applicable Office of Management and Budget (OMB) accounting-related Circulars and generally accepted accounting principles applicable to non-profits
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Proficiency in the use of computers for fund accounting software and Microsoft office products.
- Ability to set priorities and work with minimal supervision.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Masters preferred in Accounting, Finance and/or MBA.
- CPA or CMA preferred.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications/Requirements
- 5 years of leadership experience at Senior management level
- Experience in developing strategic plans
- Strong analytical skills, communication skills and ability to build relationships
- A willingness to follow the CIS-SA mission, be adaptable to agency and system change, and coordinate efforts in a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional and ethical behavior in all interactions.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a criminal history background check
