Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Siding Installer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing a variety of building components, including roofing, siding, and framing, in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of construction safety protocols, technical drawings, and the use of various hand and power tools. The Installer will work outdoors on diverse projects, ensuring quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and project specifications.
Duties
- Install siding and windows using appropriate safety and ladder techniques.
- Perform siding installation, stucco application, and trim carpentry to enhance building exteriors.
- Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, fabrication equipment, and masonry tools for precise installation tasks.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or related fields such as roofing, siding installation, framing, or remodeling.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety harnesses, ladder use, heavy lifting techniques, and OSHA safety regulations.
- Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans.
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, fabrication equipment, welding tools, and masonry supplies.
- Experience with roofing (metal roofing and single-ply membrane), stucco application, tile laying, carpentry (trim and frame carpentry), masonry, plumbing basics, welding, and restoration is highly desirable.
- Outdoor work experience preferred; ability to work in various weather conditions is essential.
- Ability to lift heavy loads safely (up to 50 pounds or more) and perform physically demanding tasks regularly.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills; ability to interpret technical schematics accurately.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for site travel; previous construction site experience is advantageous.
