Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise construction tasks
- Perform framing, metal stud installation, drywall hanging, and door hanging with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment safely to complete projects
- Install fixtures such as cabinets, siding, roofing materials, flooring, tile, stucco, and water damage restoration components
- Assist with concrete forming, masonry work, rebar installation, plastering, and masonry tasks as needed
- Conduct restoration activities including mold remediation and water damage repair to restore structures to their original condition
- Support remodeling projects by installing or repairing plumbing, electrical systems, cabinetry, and fixtures while adhering to safety standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction or related fields such as carpentry or remodeling; industry-specific experience highly preferred
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively on various construction sites
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate project execution
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus but not mandatory
- Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
- Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites to ensure a secure working environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
