Job Summary
California Patio is seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Support staff to join our logistics center in Las Vegas on Dean Martin on a part time basis (6-10 Hours/day). Candidates must be able to reliably commute to this location. This role supports daily warehouse operations, including order picking, loading and unloading, inventory control, and material handling as well as the cleaning and maintenance of the showroom and building. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and prepare orders using order pickers or other warehouse equipment
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper handling and storage
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with stock reconciliation
- Use the warehouse management system to update and track inventory
- Cleaning entails dusting, mopping, and general housekeeping items
- Safely operate reach trucks, forklifts, and other equipment as needed
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to perform the essential physical functions of the role, including regular lifting, carrying, and positioning of warehouse materials weighing up to 50 lbs, and up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods during a work shift
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and inventory tasks
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness
