Seeking an experienced accountant that specializes in Real Estate accounting as it relates to real estate brokerage, property management, corporate accounting, small business accounting, real estate acquisitions and sales and more.
We are seeking to hire an accountant that can grow with our company. This position will be a dynamic position within the company that will offer a challenging and exciting work atmosphere where each day will offer different challenges.
Responsibilities and Duties
The new position will handle various daily functions surrounding our evolving real estate portfolio. This includes but is not limited to the following :
--Real Estate Income/Expense reporting as it relates to investment properties
--Small Business accounting
--Corporate accounting
--Business and Financial Analysis
--Bookkeeping
--Transactional accounting and reporting
--Working directly with our partners and other real estate investors
--Portfolio Analysis, accounting, and reporting
Qualifications and Skills
We are seeking a candidate that has an extensive real estate background and experience working within a real estate company with a minimum of 2-3 years. Previous job experience must have incorporated all different functions of real estate accounting and reporting.
Bachelors degree or better is required.
Candidate is required to be knowledgeable in many different forms of real estate accounting software. Although, we are flexible on what type of software history candidate does possess.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
