We're partnered with a well-established, growing construction management firm with multiple offices throughout the Greater Boston area, including the South Shore, Route 95 corridor, and downtown Boston. With a strong project backlog and continued expansion across the region, the company is looking to add an Assistant Project Manager who is eager to continue developing their career within a collaborative, high-performing team.

Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with the successful execution of projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
- Support project scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and cost tracking.
- Assist with project financial reporting, forecasting, and contract administration.
- Participate in project meetings and help drive communication across all stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of experience with a general contractor or construction management firm.
- Experience supporting commercial, healthcare, life sciences, institutional, multifamily, or public construction projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software is a plus.
- Motivated to continue growing into a Project Manager role.
