Overview
We have an opportunity for an Engineer to join our Structural Practice. This is a full-time, in-office position located in Manhattan, NY (Midtown). Candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis, design, and detailing for buildings of various types and materials using applicable building codes.
- Coordinate design work with in-house staff, architects, and other engineering Disciplines.
- Prepare construction documents in a BIM environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Master’s degree in Structural Engineering preferred.
- AutoCAD experience is required.
- Working knowledge of industry software including SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE, RAM, RISA, and Revit preferred.
- Experience reviewing shop drawings is a plus.
- EIT or ability to obtain within 6 months of working
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
