Pay & Perks
- $17–$21.75/hr Starting Pay
- Weekly pay – Every Friday
- On-demand Pay (Access earnings before payday)

Choose Your Shifts
- Full-Time: 8 or 12 hour day shifts for a total of 36–40 hrs/wk
- Part-Time: 4-12 hour day shifts for a total of 20+ hrs/wk
- PRN: 4-12 hour day shifts for a minimum of 32 hrs/month
Shifts available: 8a-12p, 12p-4p, 4p-8p, 2p-8p, 5p-11p or any combination*
Every Weekend Option (Friday – Sunday) 8am-8pm shifts include a $5 per hour differential bonus*
Status & hours available are based on client needs, more information will be provided upon interview*
Your Role as a CNA
You’ll help clients live safely and independently in their homes by:
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, mobility)
- Providing medication reminders and companionship
- Preparing meals and light housekeeping
- Running errands or helping clients attend appointments
- Supporting physical therapy exercises
- Acting quickly and responsibly in emergencies
What You Need
- Current CNA license in ND
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Compassionate, dependable, and a team player
- High school diploma or equivalent
