About the Role
As an Industrial Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the peak performance and reliability of our material handling fleet. By providing expert technical support and proactive maintenance, you will directly contribute to the efficiency and seamless operation of our distribution facility.
Responsibilities-
Perform comprehensive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on all power industrial vehicles (PIV) to minimize downtime.

Execute a rigorous preventive maintenance schedule to ensure fleet longevity and operational safety.

Collaborate with department leadership to rapidly troubleshoot and resolve equipment performance issues.

Manage the procurement of essential repair parts and supplies through established MRO purchasing channels.

Maintain accurate records of equipment status and prioritize repair tasks based on operational urgency.

Utilize advanced technical skills to optimize the functionality of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of power industrial vehicles.

Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including wiring and switch repair.

Proficiency in operating shop tools, testing equipment, and digital multi-meters.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to technical challenges.

2-year degree in an electromechanical or related technical field.

Demonstrated experience working with complex hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Ability to interpret technical schematics and manuals for advanced troubleshooting.
