The Role
- 22–26 hours per week
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:15 am – 6:15 pm
- Located in Brookfield, WI
- Starting at $19.00/hr (commensurate with experience)
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and check in patients in a warm, personal manner
- Schedule appointments with attention to individual patient needs and clinic workflow
- Process payments and maintain accurate patient accounts; provide receipts, statements, and superbills as needed
- Serve as the first point of contact for new patients — introducing them to our services, answering questions about acupuncture for fertility, and guiding them through their first steps
- Respond to emails and messages promptly and professionally
- Ensure patient intake forms and profiles are complete and accurate
- Clean and prepare treatment rooms between appointments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
- Keep inventory stocked and supplies replenished
- Uphold HIPAA compliance and patient privacy at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, professional communicator both in person and in writing
- Comfortable having warm, informative conversations with patients about their care
- Experience in a medical or wellness front desk setting preferred
- Familiarity with online scheduling systems and general computer proficiency (Apple experience a plus)
- Genuine interest in holistic health and women’s wellness
- Self-directed and able to manage time well in a calm but busy environment
