Responsibilities:
Job Summary

Identify and evaluates strategic growth opportunities through provider and patient feedback, market observations, and referral trend insights

Translates field intelligence into clear, actionable recommendations for strategy, service line, and senior leadership

Fosters relationships with community leaders and attends special events in partnership with NRHS Community Benefit Department

Serve as a liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders to advance organizational priorities
Qualifications:
Education

Bachelors in Marketing, Business or related field
Experience
-
2 to 4 years of work experience in Sales, Business Development or a related field

Healthcare Background preferred

Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Excellent communication skills

Comfort working independently in ambiguous or evolving environments

Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership teams
