Job Summary
This is a “front of the house” position where the primary role is to meet and greet customers both on the phone and in person. We are looking for someone to facilitate a seamless and pleasant exchange when customers are coming and going. It is the most visible role within our company.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Client Interaction
- Database Entry and Filing Paperwork
- Cross-Selling our products and services including training, grooming, daycare, boarding, and dog park
- Gathering vaccine records and information needed for the care and welfare of our customer’s dogs, including but not limited to: shot records, special requests, health issues, grooming instructions, and feeding instructions
- Maintain a clean and orderly workplace
- Support other staff members, including taking dogs and belongings between the office and kennel
Qualifications and Skills
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Database experience
- Successful work history demonstrating the outlined responsibilities and duties
- Experience in animal care industry preferred but not required
- Must be able to work independently and as a team
- Must be dependable, adaptable, and detail-oriented
Job Type

- Morning and Afternoon shifts
- No evenings or overnights
- Hours needed between 14-25. We work M-F 7:15-11 am and 2:45-6 pm
- Looking for two candidates that can ideally work both shifts of a day, 2-3 days per week
- Flexibility for days worked is preferred
