Job Title: Staff Development Coordinator

Requirements:
- LPN/LVN license required, RN preferred.
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing required.
Responsibilities:
- Designs, plans and provides education programs on all shifts and for all departments.
- Participates in the staff evaluation process by providing attendance records and observation of associate's performance.
- Provides general facility orientation to all new associates and ongoing in-service education.
- Maintains current education records of classes and content of in-services conducted, attendance and performance of facility associates.
- Plans and provides an annual schedule of planned education programs.
INDNUR
Shift: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday
Compensation: Based on experience and licensure
