Commercial Cleaning Technician (Part-Time)Position Summary
NV Facility Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Commercial Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining commercial facilities in a clean, organized, and safe condition while providing high-quality cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of offices, common areas, hallways, break rooms, and restrooms.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect floors and surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize high-touch areas, including door handles, light switches, and shared equipment.
- Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
- Restock restroom supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other consumables.
- Clean interior glass, doors, mirrors, and designated windows.
- Follow all company cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and cleaning chemicals.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Ensure assigned work areas meet company quality standards before the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift light to moderate materials throughout the shift.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Schedule
Monday through Friday
5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (20 hours per week)
Work Location
Commercial office buildings and other properties assigned by NV Facility Services.
