Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in-person interactions.
- Provide outstanding customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and guiding clients through processes with clarity.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing them appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating client information.
- Assist with office management tasks like calendar management, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Proofread correspondence and documents to ensure professionalism and accuracy in all client communications.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or customer service roles with strong organizational skills.
- Experience with data entry, filing systems, and managing spreadsheets efficiently.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse client base effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
