We are looking for a motivated and dependable Service Assistant to join our Food & Beverage team. This position plays a major role in supporting daily restaurant, rooftop, banquet, and hotel operations. The ideal candidate is energetic, team-oriented, fast-paced, and takes pride in creating a clean and organized guest experience.
This is a hands-on hospitality role with opportunities to learn multiple areas of hotel food & beverage operations.
Responsibilities
- Run food to guests quickly and accurately
- Buss and reset tables throughout service
- Assist bartenders and servers with guest needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of restaurant and bar areas
- Support banquet and event setup/breakdown
- Assist with rooftop, restaurant, and hotel operational tasks
- Help stock service stations, ice, glassware, and supplies
- Support the Food & Beverage Manager with day-to-day assignments
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards throughout shifts
- Assist with large parties, special events, and busy weekends
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
Qualifications
- Hospitality or restaurant experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Able to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
