An electric utility client is looking for a Procurement Specialist who will execute Purchase
Orders, Change Orders, and Request for Proposals across multiple apparatus categories.
Location: Pomona, CA 91768 (Hybrid- Monday and Tuesday onsite)
Position: Procurement Specialist
Pay Rate: $32.17/hr on W2
Duration: 12 months or longer
Schedule: 1st shift, M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experience with SAP ECC for materials management, Purchase orders, change orders, requisitions.
- Develop and maintain Outline Agreements, Source Lists, and monitor PO Automation across apparatus categories.
- Execute Purchase Orders, Change Orders, and Request for Proposals across multiple apparatus categories.
- Familiarity with Ariba
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good attention to detail, can learn MS Office suite of apps
- Experience with SAP ECC for materials management, purchase orders, change orders, requisitions.
- Education Requirement: 4 year degree or equivalent based on demonstrated
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Develop and maintain Outline Agreements,
