Description: A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a crucial role in promoting the health and well-being of students within the school community. The responsibilities include conducting health assessments, administering first aid, managing medications, and collaborating with school staff and parents. With a focus on health education and compliance with regulations, the LPN contributes to creating a safe and supportive environment for students to thrive. Qualifications:
- Current Pennsylvania license as a Licensed Practical Nurse, (REQUIRED)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification, (REQUIRED)
- Crisis management and Intervention certification, preferred (but may be required)
- Previous experience working with students with disabilities, pediatric nursing, or educational setting, preferred
Terms: Part-time, Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30am -11:30 AM.
Salary: $26.79 / hr
