We are looking for a positive, energetic, and reliable Childcare Manager to help lead our infant– early preschool program (6 weeks–2 years). If you love building relationships, supporting teachers, and creating a joyful, safe learning environment for little ones—this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do
As a Childcare Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our school running smoothly and supporting both families and staff. Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Director and Assistant Director with daily operations
- Maintaining accurate and organized parent files and enrollment records
- Leading and assisting with family tours and welcoming new families
- Answering incoming phone calls from parents, staff, and outside inquiries
- Spending time in classrooms to support teachers and new hires
- Helping with classroom coverage, including breaks and transitions
- Ensuring children are always safe, engaged, and well cared for
- Promoting a positive, team-oriented culture throughout the school
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a licensed childcare setting
- Previous childcare management experience required
- Strong understanding of state licensing standards and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Pay: $17.38 - $22.00 per hour
