Remote Inside Sales Representative
Compensation: $40,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | $80,000–$85,000+ OTE

We’re looking for experienced, motivated Inside Sales Representatives who know how to connect with people, handle objections, and close.
This is a full-time, W-2 remote sales position with a $40,000 base salary plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses.

You’ll speak with warm prospects who have already expressed interest, follow a proven sales process, and work with an experienced leadership team that will provide training, coaching, and support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do
- Make and receive high-volume sales calls with warm prospects
- Quickly build rapport and understand each prospect’s needs
- Confidently guide conversations toward a one-call close
- Follow a structured and proven sales process
- Handle objections and ask for the business
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activity in company systems
- Work closely with managers and teammates to continuously improve your results
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of phone-based inside sales experience
- A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Confidence closing sales and asking for the business
- Ability to follow a sales script while still sounding natural and conversational
- Comfortable handling objections and keeping control of the call
- Motivated, dependable, and self-disciplined
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Comfortable working in a structured, goal-oriented sales environment
