The Role
Because we are a tight-knit, small shop, you will never get bored. You will wear many hats and handle different tasks every single day. We are looking for a versatile individual who can jump from machine setups to final quality checks.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines efficiently.
- Perform quality control (QC) checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment.
- Collaborate with the team to hit daily production goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3+ years of CNC Machining experience (Required).
- Machining: Solid background with CNC turning is required.
- Bonus: Swiss machining experience is a major plus.
- Traits: Energetic, trustworthy, happy, and thrives in a team environment.
