Job Title: Handyman / Punch List Technician - Residential Repairs Company: Off Leash Construction Location: Indianapolis / Fishers / Hamilton County Type: Full-Time or steady contract work Pay: $20-$28 per hour depending on experience Off Leash Construction is looking for a practical residential repair tech who can handle punch-list work, rental turnovers, and small repair jobs around Indianapolis and Fishers. This is not a big commercial facilities job. We need someone who is comfortable walking into homes, rentals, and investor properties, figuring out what needs to be fixed, and knocking out clean, reliable work. Typical work: - Drywall patching, trim, doors, cabinets, hardware, paint touch-ups, caulk, basic carpentry - Small plumbing/electrical troubleshooting within your comfort/licensing limits - Rental turnover repairs and punch-list items - Basic property maintenance calls - Taking photos, communicating clearly, and keeping jobs moving Good fit if you: - Have reliable transportation around Indy/Fishers - Own basic tools - Can work independently without someone babysitting every step - Are clean, reliable, and good with homeowners/tenants/property managers - Have residential repair, handyman, carpentry, maintenance, or turnover experience Bonus if you have light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, or cabinet/trim experience.
