American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Operating Room position requiring at least 1 year of OR experience across multiple service lines, including weekends and call coverage.

Hospital-based Operating Room setting

Covers multiple service lines including General, Neuro, Ortho, and Robotics

Day shift schedule: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Weekend availability required

Call responsibilities required

13-week contract

Active RN license (SC or Compact) required

Current BLS certification (AHA only)

Current ACLS certification (AHA only)

Minimum 1 year of OR nursing experience

Flexibility to work across multiple surgical service lines required

Responsibilities include circulating duties, prepping the OR, positioning and preparing patients, and completing Safe Surgery verification checklists

Serves as communication liaison between the surgical team and patient families

Delegates and supervises other team members while executing interventions in urgent or emergent situations

Assists in control and maintenance of supplies and equipment
