Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
- Conduct comprehensive real estate market analysis to identify opportunities and advise clients on current industry trends
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers confidently to secure the best terms for clients
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels, including digital platforms and social media
- Manage real estate administrative tasks such as documentation, contracts, and compliance with legal requirements
- Maintain strong communication with clients, colleagues, and industry partners to facilitate smooth deal closures
- Stay informed about changes in real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and local market conditions to ensure ethical practice and compliance
Experience
- Valid state license as a Real Estate Agent or Broker with practicing authority
- Proven experience in real estate sales or property management with a track record of successful deal closures
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred
- Familiarity with sales technology tools and platforms used for managing client relationships and listings
- Knowledge of real estate market analysis techniques, industry trends, and legal regulations governing property transactions
- Prior experience managing real estate teams or leading sales initiatives is a plus
- Demonstrated customer service excellence with organizational skills that support efficient workflow management
