Position Summary
Painting workers prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces. Work includes masking, sanding, caulking, priming, brushing, rolling, spraying where qualified, cleanup, and final touch-ups.
Primary Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, caulking, and masking.
- Apply primer, paint, stain, or coatings by brush, roller, or sprayer as assigned.
- Protect floors, fixtures, cabinets, windows, and customer property.
- Maintain neat lines, proper coverage, and clean work areas.
- Assist with color changes, punch lists, and final walkthrough corrections.
- Communicate material needs and jobsite issues to the lead painter or superintendent.
Minimum Requirements
- 1+ year of painting, prep, remodeling, or construction experience preferred; motivated helpers may be considered.
- Reliable transportation and ability to report on time.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb, lift, and work in active jobsite conditions.
- Basic understanding of surface prep and protecting customer property.
- Able to follow safety, cleanliness, and quality expectations.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
