Overview
Heritage Homes is seeking a driven and organized Customer Care / Field Service Manager to lead our post-factory customer experience and field service operations. This role is key to ensuring our dealers and homeowners receive exceptional service and support. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence customer experiences positively while managing complex projects and teams across various dynamic locations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the customer service and field service personnel including safety and skills training. Teach and train our field crews on construction, carpentry skills and professionalism; exceed the homeowner’s expectation, finish strong.
- Communicate and schedule service and warranty work with dealers and homeowners.
- Track and report issues to factory ops for ongoing in-factory process improvement.
- Troubleshoot and provide resolution on issues found in the field.
- Work closely with dealers and subs to resolve issues.
- Ensure timely and high-quality completion of service requests.
- Continuous service process improvement.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and senior management.
- Experience in customer service, construction and construction management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Good knowledge of residential construction.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
