We are building a dental practice centered around an exceptional patient experience, and we are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who shares that vision. This position is ideally full-time, but we are open to considering part-time employment for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and create a warm, positive first impression
- Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and inquiries
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
- Coordinate appointments and maintain an organized schedule
- Verify patient information and maintain accurate records
- Assist with insurance verification and administrative tasks as needed
- Help ensure a seamless, efficient, and enjoyable patient experience
Bonus Skills
We value team members who enjoy learning and growing within the practice.
While not required, it is a significant plus if you are interested in being cross-trained in clinical dental assisting duties. Likewise, we appreciate team members who are willing to support different areas of the practice when needed to help deliver the best possible patient experience.
