Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the aquatic facility or water park, ensuring guest and staff safety, and compliance with water health and safety standards.
- Monitor pool areas when needed, supervising large groups and enforcing facility rules to prevent accidents.
- Administer first aid or CPR when necessary and maintain compliance with all local, state, and national safety regulations.
- Perform additional duties as required to support facility operations.
Lifeguard requirements:
- Must be 17 years of age or older.
- Must hold current American Red Cross Lifeguard training certification.
- Must be able to perform lifeguard pre-requisites (100-meter swim, 2minutes treading water).
- Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies.
- Must carry out the duties, direction, and assignment as requested by the Aquatics Manager.
- Must be available to work during weekdays and weekends and/or public holidays as needed.
