Animal Advocates Veterinary Hospital is looking for an experienced veterinary technician or RVT to join our team. We are a small growing general practice that provides high quality medicine. Our practice goals are to provide the most comprehensive uncompromised care for all our patients and to ensure clients receive impeccable communication regarding their pets.
The candidate should be a self-starter, multi-tasker, and should be able to recognize and anticipate the needs of a busy treatment room. The candidate must have experience and be proficient with computer medical records, patient restraint, venipuncture, IV catheter placement, radiographic imaging, preventative care and appropriate client education, drug calculations, in-patient care, in-house laboratory, dental prophylaxis, and anesthesia induction/monitoring.
