Requirements:
- Willingness to learn how to perform successful consultations (this is a sales position)
- A passion for aesthetics and a hunger for growth.
- Reliable and punctual.

“Nice-to-have” Requirements:
- 2 years of sales experience
- 2 years in aesthetics (facials, chemical peels, microneedling, skin analysis)
- Ability to upsell retail and future services.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting consultations with clients.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for patients/clients in the med spa.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries from patients/clients. Manage incoming messages from prospective clients in a timely manner from social media and other lead sources.
- Collaborate with staff to prioritize and schedule appointments based on urgency and availability.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient/client appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using phone and scheduling software.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate recording of information.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle situations with empathy and professionalism.
“Nice-to-have” Skills:
- Strong sales skills.
- Knowledge of med spa terminology and familiarity is preferred.
This role requires a dedicated individual who can effectively manage appointment scheduling in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with med spa staff.
