How We Invest in You:
Competitive Tiered Pay: Earn $19.00–$20.00/hr to start while training, or $22.00–$28.00/hr as an active RBT, with structured compensation reviews every 6 months to scale your pay as you grow.
100% Paid Professional Certification: No prior ABA experience? No problem. We cover 100% of your 40-hour RBT training and testing costs within your first 8 weeks!
Bilingual Impact: Put your Spanish/English communication skills to work bridging clinical care and caregiver communication for Spanish-speaking clients and families in our community.
Daytime Center-Based Schedule: Enjoy the stability of a centralized clinic home with no evening or weekend requirements. Work a predictable daytime routine from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday (with occasional team meetings extending to 5:00 PM).
Zero In-Home Driving: Say goodbye to driving between client homes, unpaid travel time, and wear-and-tear on your vehicle. You work at one consistent clinic facility every single day.

What to Expect:
As a Bilingual Behavior Technician or RBT working one-on-one with children with Autism in a supportive clinic setting, you will:
Deliver high-quality, 1-on-1 therapy sessions designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance daily living skills, and improve functional communication in both English and Spanish.
Support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and truly prioritize the wants and needs of your clients.
Help bridge caregiver communication for native Spanish-speaking families during center drop-offs and clinical updates.
Use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.
Who You Are:
Language Ability: Conversational to fluent in both Spanish and English (required to engage 1-on-1 with clients and communicate effectively with native Spanish-speaking caregivers).
Experience & Credentials:
Active RBT certification in good standing is highly welcomed (starting at $22.00–$28.00/hr).
OR experience in early childhood education, daycare, paraprofessional roles, caregiving, DSP/CNA, retail, or hospitality with a desire to earn your RBT credential on the job (starting at $19.00–$20.00/hr).
Education & Prerequisites: High school diploma, GED, or higher.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.
The Mindset: Reliable, compassionate, high-energy, and ready to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
Physical Stamina: Ready to stay active! Must be able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.
