Your Responsibility in this Job is to first be on time for each and every work order given to you. Secondly, your work orders will consist of Router Installations, Switch Installations, Console Into Routers and Switches, swapping out Routers, Switches, Hard Disks and other devices, copper and fiber cable replacement, the ability to give remote access control of your laptop to support team using Team Viewer, AnyDesk, Zoho Assist, or join.me . Communication is Key. Always make sure that you bring your Phone and Notebook Chargers with you to site. Technicians must always be equipped with their tools, laptops, Cell Phones headsets and other required instruments at all times.
